The "post every day, twice a day, forever" advice you heard from a growth guru in 2019 was written for a different internet and a different you.
What we see in the data
Creators who post 3–4 times a week with intention consistently out-earn creators who post 7+ times a week on autopilot. Not "match" — *out-earn*, at every follower count, across every archetype.
Why? Two reasons.
One: Your energy shows up in the work. Tired posts are hookless, voiceless, forgettable. Your audience feels it before they can articulate it.
Two: The algorithm has become better at rewarding retention (watch time, save rate, share rate) than raw frequency. A rested you makes posts people finish. A drained you makes posts people scroll past.
What Sifa does
The wellness observer watches for cadence drift, late-night surges, calendar-completion drops. When we see the pattern that historically precedes burnout, we soften your calendar for the next week automatically. We might suggest three posts where we would have suggested five.
You can override. But by default, we protect you.
The healthiest creators post fewer, better.
What to try this week
Skip one scheduled post. Just one. Spend the 90 minutes you would have spent making it doing something that fills you up instead. Watch your next post — the one you were rested for — and see how it lands.
