Deleting your data
Three ways, depending on how much you want removed. All of them work and none of them require talking to anyone.
Remove one connected account
Sign in, go to Platforms, press Disconnect on the account. We immediately stop reading it, delete the stored token, and delete the posts and performance readings we hold for it — the confirmation tells you how many. Comments are read from the platform when we show them and never stored, so there are none of those to delete. Your Sifa account, calendar and drafts stay.
Delete your Sifa account and everything in it
Sign in, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. Everything goes: connected account data, audits, drafts, your profile. Completed within 30 days, usually the same day.
Remove us from Instagram or TikTok directly
In the platform's own settings, remove Sifa from your connected apps. We stop receiving data at that moment and delete what we hold for that account within 30 days. You do not need to tell us.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@sifa.social from the address on the account, or tell us the connected handle. We will confirm it is yours and delete it within 30 days.
What survives deletion
Records of completed brand campaigns and payments — invoices, contracts, payout records. Tax and contract law requires us to keep those, typically for seven years. They are not used for anything else, and everything not legally required goes with the rest.
